Our
aim has always been to only briefly, but with maximum impact, support
the claims journey managed by our clients’ claims handlers.
It allows our clients to continue to ‘own’ the
customer’s experience throughout the life of
the claim and – perhaps equally significantly -
avoids FSA regulatory compliance challenges
and onerous DPA requirements, as we do not
communicate with our clients’ customers and
hold only a minimum of customer information
on our records.
